Return & Refund Policy

At BLING, we value your satisfaction and stand behind the quality of our products. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for eligible items. To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.

  • All tags, boxes, and pouches must be intact.

  • Sale items, custom-made pieces, and earrings are non-returnable for hygiene reasons.

To initiate a return, please email us at blinggofficial@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, you’ll receive return instructions.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you via email. If approved:

  • A full refund (excluding shipping charges) will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

  • If the item is not eligible for a refund, we’ll return it to you at your cost.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return it for a refund and place a new order.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. Include photos of the item and packaging. We will promptly resolve the issue by offering a replacement or refund.

Delivery Refusals

Refusing delivery without a valid reason will result in deduction of two-way shipping costs and may be subject to a restocking fee.
